RETURN POLICY
I can honestly (and humbly) say that, in 20+ years of designing cards, I’ve never had a customer ask for a return or exchange! Having said that, here is our policy. I do not accept returns, but if you wish to exchange your items for something else, please contact me right away through Etsy messages. Then, ship them back within five (5) days of your orderÕs tracked arrival. They must be in their original condition when they arrive here at the studio. If your package is damaged, please email us photographs so we know whether to open a claim with USPS or UPS. Thanks so much!
